Subject: Sutter is desperate he took a yahoo post I made and forged it

Funny how he has “me” complaining about his Hate Watch Hall of Shame and what he wrote about me in Jan when he didn’t write his lies about me until April.

And I didn't post *anything* about him until after he did his libel on me. That would be in April and May. Sutter is too stupid to realize how obvious his forgery is.

In United States law, uttering and publishing is a crime similar to counterfeiting but with non-official documents. For example, forging a log for personal profit might be considered uttering and publishing. Another example would be the forging of a university diploma. As an example of the law itself, the State of Michigan defines the offense (MCL 750.249): "Any person who utters and publishes as true any false, forged, altered or counterfeit record, deed, instrument or other writing specified, knowing it to be false, altered, forged, or counterfeit, with intent to injure or defraud is guilty of uttering and publishing."

Forging or illegal 'publishing' of an official or unofficial document is not the essence of uttering. Uttering is the actual presentation of forged or official documentation as one's own. So, for example, an underage teen attempting to get into a bar with an ID that is either fake or not theirs is guilty of uttering, though they may have had nothing to do with the actual making, or 'publishing' of the ID.

I see so you think I am posting lies and fabrications. Yeah right these are the same s fabrication that anti-CAIR post and with which CAIR backed down on their lawsuit. Since nothing I have posted about CAIR is invented from my fervent imagination you are going to have a hard time proving what I have posted about CAIR is a lie.

This is supposed to be a "book"? The vast majority of this is nothing more than the forgeries promised me by Jeanette Runyon, who became my cyberstalker after she was exposed as a hatemonger, espousing bigotry against blacks, homosexuals, Jews, Muslims, etc. You can find the factual (as vs. this fiction) article on her at http://hatewatchhallofshame.blogspot.com

Jeanette already admitted she is using forgeries (BTW, jeanette, you should take your own file name off the bottom of the forged federal docket, it gives it away as a forgery.)
